We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $17.99 per order within the United States.

carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. The Perch LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy
We want our customers to feel confident when purchasing The Perch.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
